Product Description: Made from A-grade Wagyu ground beef, these beef burger patties are obtained from Japanese cattle stock. The cattle are raised without antibiotics or hormones and are kept on a strict diet to encourage natural marbling. Each cattle is then graded with the Japanese BMS system. The patties are made from a select blend of cuts and are rich, buttery, and fantastically textured.
