Very very excellent quality. My husband asked ‘where did you buy this steak ? It’s fine restaurant quality.’ (And I’m not even the greatest at grilling steaks). This truly is a fine steakhouse quality piece of meat. The cut was beautiful. Not a thin slice. It was cut just as it should be. We will not buy filet migon tenderloin anywhere else from now on!
