Rice noodles are also often used as a base for hot second dishes, as they absorb the flavor and aroma of sauces and other ingredients. Kekeshi Rice Noodles are gluten-free and have a high rice flour content of 99%. It retains its shape and elasticity for more than two days from the time of cooking, does not stick or fall apart. Rice noodles can be boiled or soaked in hot water. During cooking, Kekeshi rice noodles become translucent and acquire a delicate milky color.
