Product Description: Goats roam the clean pastures of Aïta al-Fokhar, eating hay, grass, weed, grain, even oak tree bark. They produce milk, which is boiled and curdled, then cooled and bagged only with salt, without additions or preservatives. Clear, whole goat labneh is formed overnight. The whole process lasts less than 24 hours, from milking the goat, to serving the all-hour, high-calcium labneh.
