Product Description: The village women mix laban with burghul, and marinate it for 5 hours until the soaked burghul absorbs the laban. The women then grind it so it becomes as soft as the dough. They add labneh to it, as well as salt at the pleasure of the cook. This is kishk is produced, which could be cooked, slathered on a dough and baked to prepare mankouchi, or enjoyed with fresh vegetable. It is also great to decorate the table, and honor guests.
