Kyoho grapes are one of the largest and sweetest grapes on the market. Reaching the size of a small plum, they grow in uniform clusters on painstakingly pruned vines. The berries have dark purple, almost jet black skin that is thick and bitter, and usually removed for consumption. They are extremely sweet with a sugar content of about 18 to 20 brix.
