Product Description: Ideal for pour-over and manual brew, this blend is obtained from the farms of Gakenke in Rwanda. All cherry is grown at an altitude of 1650-2000 MASL which helps create the suitable climate for the beans to develop the flavour they are distinctively known for. The red bourbon beans are fermented in the concrete fermentation tanks for an average of 12-hours. The parchment is agitated several times during the fermentation process through the day by the foot-stomping ceremony. After fermentation, three grades are extracted - A1, A2, and A3. They have a tangerine acidity, cacao, and raspberry-like taste.
