Product Description: Ideal for pour-over and manual brew, this blend is obtained from the farms of Gakenke in Rwanda. All cherry is grown at an altitude of 1650-2000 MASL which helps create a suitable climate for the beans to develop the flavour they are distinctively known for. The red bourbon beans are fermented in the concrete fermentation tanks for an average of 12-hours. The parchment is agitated several times during the fermentation process through the day by the foot-stomping ceremony. After fermentation, three grades are extracted - A1, A2, and A3. They have a tangerine acidity, cacao, and raspberry-like taste.
