An alternative to liquid pure vanilla extracts the Vanilla Powder is excellent for applications where liquid, alcohol or vanilla’s amber colours are unsuitable. It never evaporates during baking and is a very good condiment for smoothies, coffee, shakes, cereals and tea. The hand-pollinated and sun-cured vanilla beans have a dextrose base with a sweet flavour. The powder has a sweet, perfumed aroma with a woody or smoky flavour.
Ingredients: Maltodextrin (a modified corn starch) and Vanilla Extractives.
