Every week, a fresh harvest lands in Dubai. Picked the day before from family-run farms in the Bekaa Valley and the Lebanese mountains, packed for the overnight flight, and on our shelves by morning. No cold storage. No ripening rooms. No middlemen.

This isn't supermarket produce that has travelled for weeks by sea. Lebanon's unique microclimates cold mountain nights, warm sunny days, and mineral-rich soil produce some of the most flavourful fruits, vegetables, and herbs in the Mediterranean. You can taste the difference in the aroma, texture, and natural sweetness.

What arrives each week: seasonal fruits such as mulberries, loquats, green plums, apricots, and pomegranates. Mountain-grown tomatoes, stuffing vegetables, wild herbs (zaatar akhdar and wild asparagus), and Lebanese pantry favourites like vine leaves and broad beans.

How it works: Limited quantities, while stock lasts. Each week's selection depends on the season and the harvest. Once a harvest sells out, it's gone until the next shipment arrives.
