🚚 Delivery
Do you deliver to my area?
If you can add a product to your basket, we deliver to your area. We deliver across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the wider UAE. Same-day delivery is available in Dubai.
What are your delivery hours?
We deliver 7 days a week from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Delivery slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For Dubai 60-minute delivery, order at any time.
What are the delivery fees?
Free delivery on orders above AED 200. For orders between AED 51–200, a AED 10 delivery fee applies. Below AED 51, the delivery fee is AED 25. No minimum order required.
How do I select my delivery time?
After finishing your shopping and before checkout, you will be prompted to choose your preferred delivery slot.
Can I change my delivery time?
Yes, if we haven't started preparing your order yet. Contact us as soon as possible at +971 52 435 3400 or via WhatsApp.
What if my delivery is late?
Contact us immediately at +971 52 435 3400 or customer.service@qualityfood.ae and we will assist you.
Who can receive my delivery?
Anyone at the delivery address can receive the order. Our drivers can deliver to your front door or directly to your fridge — just ask them.
How do you keep items fresh during delivery?
Our vans have climate-controlled compartments keeping fresh items at +4°C. Heavy items are packed at the bottom, and chilled items are separated from dry goods.
💳 Payment & Checkout
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and cash or card on delivery. The maximum cash on delivery amount is AED 5,000. Only AED is accepted for COD.
How do I check out?
Add items to your basket, then click "Proceed to Checkout." Enter your delivery address and payment details. You'll receive an order confirmation and email summary.
When is my refund processed for a failed transaction?
Failed transaction amounts are automatically reversed to your bank account within the next working day.
What is the weight variance charge?
For items sold by weight, the final price is confirmed after your order is prepared. We may charge up to 120% of the estimated cost, and any difference is refunded upon delivery. You only pay for what you receive.
How do I get a receipt?
You'll receive an email with your order confirmation and a detailed delivery note once your order is delivered.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 24-hour exchange or refund upon approval. If you're not satisfied, call us at +971 52 435 3400 or email customer.service@qualityfood.ae.
What if I receive damaged or unwanted items?
You can reject any unsatisfactory items at the time of delivery. Our driver will record this on their device and your refund will be processed automatically once you sign.
What if I have missing items?
If we can't find an item from your order, our team will call you to let you know before delivery. You won't be charged for missing items.

Add items to your basket, click "Proceed to Checkout," enter your details and complete payment. You'll receive an order confirmation and email summary.
How do I amend my order?
Log in to your account to make changes, or contact us at +971 52 435 3400 as soon as possible.
How do I cancel my order?
Log in and go to Order History. If the cancel option isn't available, contact us immediately at +971 52 435 3400.
How do I track my order?
Go to My Account then Order History, select your order and the delivery time and status will be shown.
Can I deliver to a different address?
Yes. You can specify a different delivery address from your billing address at checkout, or update your default address in My Account.
