When do my privileges start?
Straight after your first Pass payment. Sign in to your QualityFood account at checkout so we recognise you as a member.
How do I use it in store?
Open My member card on your phone and show it at the till. Our team adds you to the sale and applies your member prices.
Where does free delivery apply?
On Dubai orders from AED 75. Orders to the rest of the UAE keep the normal delivery fee.
How do I cancel?
From your account, any time. Your privileges stay active until the end of the period you paid for.
