Shipping Policy

Dubai:

Free delivery on orders of AED 200 and above. For orders between AED 50 and AED 199, a delivery fee of AED 10 applies. For orders below AED 50, the delivery fee is AED 25 (inclusive of tax).

We deliver every day across Dubai with 60-minute and same-day delivery available. Order any time for same-day, or schedule a slot up to 30 days in advance.

Same-day delivery windows: any time (60-minute), 9am–12pm, 12pm–5pm, or 5pm–10pm.

Rest of the Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah):

Free delivery on orders of AED 300 and above. For orders below AED 300, a delivery fee of AED 25 applies (inclusive of tax).

Same-day delivery is available on orders placed before 12pm. Next-day delivery windows: 9am–12pm, 12pm–3pm, 3pm–6pm or 6pm–9pm. We deliver every day to all the UAE.

We deliver daily to the Western Region of Abu Dhabi. Delivery window 12pm to 9pm.

Remote & far areas:

A flat delivery fee of AED 50 applies to remote areas, with delivery within 2 days. Certain far areas carry a flat fee of AED 100 with delivery within 3 days. A small number of locations are outside our service area. Your exact delivery fee and availability are always confirmed at checkout based on your address.
