Product Description: Sun-ripened Lebanese persimmons (kaki), air-flown overnight from the orchards of Lebanon. Deep orange, honey-sweet and smooth-fleshed, picked at the firm-ripe stage so they travel well and soften beautifully at home. Eat fresh with a spoon, slice into salads, or serve alongside cheese and walnuts.
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Leave at room temperature for a day or two to soften further.
