Product Description: Sweet, juicy Lebanese prickly pears (sabr), a late-summer favourite from the Lebanese countryside. Chill them, then peel and enjoy the refreshing, seed-speckled flesh on its own or in fruit salads.

Handling tip: the skin carries fine spines. Use gloves, or a fork and knife: cut off both ends, slit the skin lengthwise and roll it away.
