White Asparagus 500 g

Weight: 500g (approx.)

Product Description: Loaded with all the same full-flavored earthiness as regular asparagus, this White variety packs a satisfyingly sweet crunch with every bite. The tender, grassy-White stalks offer instant elegance to any meal. When cooked, the White Asparagus develops pleasant notes of toasted almonds, artichoke, and butter. We like to pair with other springtime delicacies like wild ramps and fiddlehead ferns, and then serve with some grilled salmon with a side of tabbouleh.
