Product Description:  MISO PASTE IS A CLASSIC PRODUCT OF JAPANESE CUISINE. It is a naturally fermented paste made from soybeans and rice with only salt and water. Miso paste is the basis for soups and is used for meat, fish, seafood and vegetable dishes. Dark miso paste differs from light miso paste by a longer fermentation process and a richer, brighter flavor. It is rich in antioxidants, easily diluted with water, has a perfect consistency and economical consumption.
