Kaneshiro tempura covers the product in a dense layer and forms a ruddy openwork crust with a crispy, airy texture. Kaneshiro tempura does not burn when deep-fried, does not absorb or leak oil into the finished product. The golden crust remains crispy for a long time after frying. In order to achieve these characteristics, ResFood uses three types of flour when making tempura mix: corn flour, rice flour and wheat flour. The mix combines their best qualities and allows you to achieve excellent flavor with a minimum of effort in cooking.
