The secret of KEKESHI udon is specially selected premium wheat flour, which gives the noodles a delicate wheat flavor and pleasant aroma. This type of wheat noodles is used for cooking soups, wok dishes, dishes with all kinds of meat and seafood. Udon harmoniously combines with mushrooms, vegetables and all kinds of sauces of Asian cuisine. Udon Kekeshi has a traditional size in width (3 mm) and thickness (1.3 mm). UDON KEKESHI noodles are available in both small 0.3 kg and large 2.4 kg packages.
